My name card has been used by someone else that is not me, what should I do?

When someone created a name card, we will do a review by system to make sure the Wankol account is the owner of the social media account. However, if this problem exist, do not worry. You can always file a complaint using our system.

  • Go to the top right side of the page where you can see your name, then click the drop-down button.
  • Choose “Personal Information
  • On the Personal Information page, go to the left side and click “Name Card Management.”
  • On the top right, choose “Complaint Name Card”
  • Fill in the form by choosing your social media type, social media ID
  • Upload a screenshot that can prove that you are the owner of the social media.

For TikTok and Instagram, please screenshot your profile page which says there is an “Edit Profile” button. For YouTube, please screenshot your profile page which shows there is a “Manage Videos” button.
