- On your “Personal Information” page, click the “Withdraw” button. To go to your “Personal Information” page, click on your name beside your profile picture -> click the dropdown button -> select “Personal Information”.
- Fill in your withdrawal amount. If your bank account is in Indonesia, the minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 and a flat fee of IDR 5,000 is charged for every withdrawal, otherwise, the minimum withdrawal amount is the equivalent of USD 50 and a flat fee of the equivalent of USD 4 will be charged for every withdrawal.
- Choose the bank account to which you want to withdraw your money to. If you have not added any bank account, please go to “My Account” -> “My Bank Account” -> “+New”, and submit your bank account details.
- Click Ok.
- For Indonesian accounts, you will receive the funds within 24 hours. For others, you will receive the funds within 3-5 working days.
