When will I get paid?
After a campaign ends, advertiser will need to confirm settlement to our system in order for KOL to get paid. However, if within 7 working days advertiser has not confirm settlement, system will automatically settle the campaign and KOL will automatically receive payment in the account balance.

Why do the amount in my account balance and the amount on my credit card/e-wallet billing are slightly different?
Our goal is to link influencers and brands across Southeast Asia and China. To make it easier, we accept various currencies from different countries. Due to currency exchange rates, there might be a slight difference in the final amount.
How to use Wankol Points?
Simply slide the button next to the question ‘Do you want to use point deduction?’ on the checkout page, and the system will automatically calculate the amount that can be deducted from your total fee.
What is Wankol Points?
Wankol Points are rewards you can get from using Wankol platform! Advertisers can use these points to pay KOL fees at a discount during checkout. The more points you earn, the more money you can save when collaborating with influencers.
I did not get my refund, who should I contact?
You should get your refund in 48 hours. However, if problem persists, please contact support@wankol.com and we will get back to you in 2×24 hours.
Can I cancel my campaign?
Yes, we allow advertisers to cancel campaign anytime. However, a certain fee will be applied to advertiser according to different stages each KOL has done for the campaign. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
How much is the fee of the campaign?
For self-service campaign, the service fee is only 10%, no extra fees added. For professional service, the service fee is 20%, extra fees may be added upon agreement of the scope of work.
Is it possible to pay later after the campaign is over?
For self-service campaign, we only accept full payment upfront. For professional service, we provide partial payment based on agreement.
What kind of payment do you accept?
For IDR payment, we accept virtual bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet (ShopeePay, OVO, DOKU Wallet). For currency other than IDR, we accept credit cards, AliPay, UnionPay and PayNow.
