Can I cancel my campaign?
Yes, we allow advertisers to cancel campaign anytime. However, a certain fee will be applied to advertiser according to different stages each KOL has done for the campaign. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
How much is the fee of the campaign?
For self-service campaign, the service fee is only 10%, no extra fees added. For professional service, the service fee is 20%, extra fees may be added upon agreement of the scope of work.
Is it possible to pay later after the campaign is over?
For self-service campaign, we only accept full payment upfront. For professional service, we provide partial payment based on agreement.
What kind of payment do you accept?
For IDR payment, we accept virtual bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet (ShopeePay, OVO, DOKU Wallet). For currency other than IDR, we accept credit cards, AliPay, UnionPay and PayNow.
KOL submitted the video which we have not agreed on, where should I report this case?
If you encounter this problem, you can always choose “No Settlement”. By doing this, you prevent the system to settle payment to the KOL. Why can’t I invite a KOL to my campaign?
Please check the country where your KOL is currently resides. To make sure the effectiveness of the campaign, we did not allow you to choose KOL that does not reside in the country where your campaign is held.
What’s the difference between by submission and by invitation?
In “By Submission” campaigns, KOL can both sign up to campaign or be invited by advertiser to a campaign. But, KOL do not need advertiser’s approval to enter the campaign.
